Andrew Kjos is a Litigation Attorney in the Consumer Advocacy Division at Higbee & Associates. Andrew began his legal career in 2019, working in the fields of Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury in Texas. He moved back home to Minnesota in 2025 and joined Higbee & Associates in 2026.
Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Dakota in 2014, and earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, in 2018.

Message to Clients: Whether it has been representing injured workers, individuals harmed by the negligence of others, or working here at Higbee & Associates, my driving goal has always been to help people in tough spots in their lives get the support and guidance they need.

Personal Message: Outside work, Andrew spends his time with his wife and three cats, playing games, traveling, and supporting Manchester United Football Club.
